1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the kickbd platform in any capacity — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing casino games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and kickbd.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kickbd platform and, if you have already registered, request account closure through the customer support channel. 2 Eligibility and Registration

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any balance in the account — including deposited funds — will be handled in accordance with kickbd's underage gambling procedure, which may involve withholding funds pending investigation.

Eligibility Criteria

3 Account Management

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on the kickbd platform at any given time. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms. If kickbd identifies multiple accounts associated with the same individual, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or void any associated balances, and permanently ban the player from re-registering.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kickbd account login credentials, including your username and password. kickbd strongly recommends that you enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP, available through your account security settings. You must notify kickbd's support team immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. kickbd will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your kickbd account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Before an account can be closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any active bonus funds may be forfeited in line with the applicable bonus terms. kickbd also reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more, providing prior notice by email where possible.

Account Suspension and Termination by kickbd

kickbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where, at its sole discretion, it believes a player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, provided false information during registration, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonus structures, or undertaken any conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the kickbd platform or to other players.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

kickbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT):

Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. kickbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared wallets, or business accounts. Depositing funds to your kickbd account constitutes confirmation that you are the legal owner of the funds and the payment method used. kickbd reserves the right to return deposits and request alternative funding methods if ownership cannot be verified.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the initial deposit, up to the value of the original deposit. Any winnings exceeding the deposit amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered under the player's name. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of the KYC process. kickbd reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of identity and payment verification checks.

Currency and Conversion

All transactions at kickbd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kickbd does not accept deposits in USD, EUR, or any other foreign currency. Players transacting via Visa or Mastercard cards issued by international banks may be subject to currency conversion fees applied by their card issuer — such fees are the sole responsibility of the player and are not reimbursed by kickbd.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds are credited to the player's bonus balance separately from their real-money balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Welcome Bonus

kickbd's welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum qualifying deposit, a stated match percentage, a maximum bonus cap in BDT, and a specified wagering requirement — all of which are detailed in the active welcome offer terms displayed at the time of registration. The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once will have all associated bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for policy compliance.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the kickbd platform — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, hockey, and tennis — are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each market, as published in the kickbd sportsbook rules section within the platform. In the event of any ambiguity, kickbd's sports trading team interpretation of the rules shall be final.

• Bets are only confirmed once they have been accepted by the kickbd system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• kickbd reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. kickbd does not guarantee continuous in-play market coverage and may suspend in-play betting at any time during a match.
• Manifest errors in odds — including odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault or human input error — will be voided by kickbd regardless of whether the bet has already been accepted. kickbd will notify affected players and return stakes promptly.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kickbd operates. In the event of any dispute between you and kickbd arising from the use of the platform, you agree to first contact kickbd's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be referred to the dispute resolution process outlined in kickbd's support documentation. kickbd's decision on all matters relating to the operation of the platform — including bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account status — is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kickbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or inability to access your account due to technical issues outside kickbd's reasonable control. kickbd's total liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
